Testimonials

Professor Charlie Silver of the University of Texas

“Over the past three decades, I have worked as an expert witness or consulting counsel in many of the largest lawsuits in the U.S. To name just three examples, my prior engagements include the Enron litigation, which yielded a $7.2 billion settlement, In re Enron Corp. Securities, Derivative & "ER/SA " Litigation; the products liability litigation against Merck, the manufacturer of Vioxx, which settled for almost $5 billion; and Allapattah v. Exxon, a class action that settled for more than $1 billion after being tried twice[], In these litigations, I have worked with many of the country's best plaintiffs' attorneys. Scott is the equal of any of them.” (Citations omitted).
